"I am happy to put together a few words for your website, as I consider that we were lucky to have you working on our house.
"In August 2008 I asked Ben to come and give us a quote for a complete rewire of our house. The written quote arrived very soon after Ben's initial visit, and we asked him to go ahead with the work.
Ben booked us in to have the work done to suit our timetable, and he and his assistant arrived exactly as he promised.
Although this was a very messy job, requiring the lifting of floorboards and drilling of walls, at the end of each day the team made every effort to leave the house as clean and tidy as possible.
The work was undertaken with professionalism and cheerfulness, and we felt every confidence in Ben and his assistant.
On many occasions we left them alone in the house, knowing that it would be kept secure, and that there was no need for us to watch over every single thing they did.
