What is an electrical installation condition report?
An EICR is an inspection and series of tests to make sure your electrical installation continues to conform to the national safety standard. A typical electoral installation inspection will –

Landlords renting through Housing Associations and Councils will need this as a mandatory document.

A. This obviously depends upon the type of property and the complexity of the electrics being installed. Most installations can be normally be completed same day. Whatever the situation, we will always advise you of the installation process, what needs to be done, and what the timescales are likely to be.
Q. What if it takes longer than expected to install my electrical system?
