We were in the process of converting a unused warehouse into a children’s soft play centre. This was a new project for us, with no experience.

Ben provided a competitive quote, on limited information. He explained what was required and why. Extremely professional, yet friendly at the same time.

Once the project started a number of things changed, which impacted the electrical work required. Without complaining Ben would discuss changes working around other trades.

On more than one occasion Ben worked late into the night due to us asking for additional work, ensuring our project moved forward, ready in time for opening.

The result of Ben’s hard work, resulted in a fully functional commercial kitchen, lighting and ventilation to a new toilet block, reception / Servery area with LAN set up and additional sockets throughout the unit. Other work was completed as well.

We having been using the electrical services of BC Services for approximately one year, for PAT testing, and general maintenance. However, due to expansion we recently acquired an additional business unit which needed complete renovation. We didn’t hesitate in asking Ben to quote for a complete electrical installation, including data communication, emergency lighting, new fuseboard, fire and alarm systems amongst other work.

As always Ben was helpful and informative, giving us advice on where to put sockets and data points according to our needs. Being an out of hours GP service, he was happy to work unsociable hours and worked with and around our other suppliers all for a competitive price. His flexibility enabled us to finish on schedule and within budget.

I have only been in the Bristol area for around two years, so not knowing any tradesman I called around several electricians for quotes.
